JEDDAH, 30 June 2003 — Interior Minister Prince Naif has said the government is determined to hunt down all those who threaten the Kingdom’s security and stability and appealed to all citizens to join in the fight against terrorism and extremism.

The prince was talking to tribal delegations from Makkah and Laith regions, including dignitaries from the tribes of Quraish, Mutair and Bani Hilal, who condemned the recent terrorist bombings in Riyadh and the incidents in Makkah and Madinah.

They announced their full support to the government in its efforts to crack down on people threatening the Kingdom’s internal security.

The minister thanked the delegations for their support and said such response was an indication of the strong unity between the leadership and the citizens of Saudi Arabia.
